Hi, I'm Nicky.
I am a Clinical Supervisor and Psychotherapist accredited with the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP). I trained for five years with the Gestalt Institute of Ireland.
Working as a Psychotherapist, a Mediator and as an Addiction Counsellor, I developed a wealth of experience supporting individuals and groups to deal effectively with internal and external conflict.
I bring a holistic approach to my work that is grounded in mindfulness practice. This enables me to facilitate and develop a safe and supportive environment conducive to building understanding by encouraging openness, honesty, creativity and problem-solving that enhances the therapeutic relationship between the client and myself.
